The SAC Fund, known for promoting the welfare and rescue of animals in war-torn Middle Eastern countries where our soldiers are presently stationed, has helped raised money to have Kayla brought to Chicago.
Kayla arrives on 9-11-12, and Elana Morgan will be there to take charge of her once she lands at O’Hare.
Ms Morgan will begin Kayla’s training and soon she will be paired with a local combat veteran, who has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or Traumatic Brain Injury.
